Seng produced results efficiently and advocated to get us the best rate possible. While we were in negotiations to purchase, Seng went ahead and locked in our rate with the bank as he knew the overnight lending rate would change (and it did twice in consecutive months following the time we locked in our rate) We also had a lot of hoops to jump through with the bank, but Seng negotiated down most of the conditions and helped us to fulfill the rest. He made himself available on weekends and evenings and was available to lend an ear when we wanted to vent our frustrations. All in all, I recommend Seng strongly, he was instrumental in helping myself and my wife close on our first home and continues to offer sound advice.
