Hi, I’m Justin Pham, a licensed Level 1 Mortgage Agent with Pineapple Financial, based in Barrie and serving clients across Ontario. For me, mortgages are about much more than finding a rate. They’re about understanding someone’s situation, finding the right strategy, and making sure they understand their options along the way. Before becoming a Mortgage Agent, I built and operated my own woodworking business. Being self-employed gave me firsthand experience with the challenges business owners can face when their income and finances don’t always fit neatly into the traditional lending box. It’s one of the reasons I’ve developed a strong interest in helping business-for-self clients, first-time home buyers, and borrowers who may need a different approach to financing. My own journey through the mortgage process also showed me how stressful buying a home can be when there are questions around financing and qualification. That experience has shaped how I work with my clients today. I believe in being thorough, communicating openly, and exploring the options available before telling someone what is or isn’t possible. Outside of mortgages, I’m a husband, a proud girl dad, and a dog dad. My family is a huge part of why I understand that buying a home isn’t simply a financial transaction — it’s often one of the biggest decisions a family will make.
