I started my journey with Pineapple on Friday, September 25, 2020, and I have loved every minute of it.I have always been passionate about helping others and making a positive impact on their lives, which is why I find my role in Learning & Development so fulfilling. I believe that knowledge is power, and by equipping our team with the necessary skills and training, we can help them reach their full potential and make homeowners' dreams come true.In terms of my background, I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree and have been in the industry for 8 years. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong expertise in training and communication. I excel at creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that allow individuals to grow and thrive.When I'm not busy at work, you can often find me pursuing my personal interests. I am a big fan of swimming, travel, and baking. There's something so soothing about being in the water, exploring new places, and indulging in the sweet aroma of freshly baked goods.I am fluent in English and pride myself on effective communication.
