Don was amazing! I had the worst experience with TD mortgage agents. Yes multiple cuz they were incapable of walking me through all the needs and responding/actioning in a timely manner. It got down to the wire where I needed my mortgage approval for purchase and I wasn’t confident TD would produce the documents and approval needed on time for me to seal the deal for my purchase. Don was referred by my estate agents and he quickly connected and though he was given about 1 week to get all the things in order, he managed to do so and get an approval before TD who had months notice! I was super impressed and grateful for Don’s support and commitment to getting me to the finish line. He’s super knowledgeable and responsive.
