I’m a mortgage agent, team leader, and Pineapple Counsellor with a passion for helping Canadians achieve their homeownership goals, grow wealth, and create financial freedom. Alongside mentoring new agents to build successful, efficient mortgage businesses, I’m also the co-owner of TL Masonry, a masonry restoration company specializing in chimneys, brick and stone work, and home improvements.
Before entering the mortgage industry, I spent 18 years in telecommunications, with the last 8 years managing corporate retail locations across the GTA, including Toronto Eaton Centre, Yorkdale, Queen St. West, Vaughan Mills, Upper Canada Mall, and Georgian Mall. During that time, I coached and mentored over a dozen employees, helping 5+ advance into corporate or management roles. I consistently delivered year-over-year results, maintained 100% compliance audit scores for 3+ years, and built a reputation for developing people and achieving operational excellence.
I chose to transition into the mortgage business to understand the financial process behind real estate for myself and my family — and to help Canadians navigate buying, refinancing, consolidating, or leveraging their home equity. I quickly discovered a passion for mentoring new agents, helping them fast-track their careers using Pineapple’s tools and systems, and building efficient, sustainable businesses that create both income and legacy.
Running both a mortgage and a masonry business has allowed me to build strong relationships with homeowners, investors, realtors, and contractors. I love supporting clients not just through transactions, but through every stage of homeownership, from financing to renovations — helping them make informed decisions, protect their investments, and create homes they love.
